What we collect

When you use Lunexis, we collect the birth data you provide (date, time, and location of birth) solely to generate your natal chart reading. If you purchase a reading, your email address is collected through the checkout process.

How we use it

Your birth data is used exclusively to compute your astrological chart and generate your personalized reading. Your email is used to deliver your reading and, if you opt in, to notify you about the Lunexis app launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Data storage

Your birth data and generated reading are stored in our database to allow you to access your reading after purchase. Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@lunexis.io. If you are in the EU, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for session management.
